This page explains how to permanently delete your Biteaze Billing account and the data associated with it. You can request deletion in two ways — from inside the app, or by email. You do not need to install or sign in to the app to request deletion by email; you can do it straight from this page.

1. Delete in the app Fastest · immediate

The quickest way to delete everything is from inside the app:

  1. Open Biteaze Billing and go to More → Profile.
  2. Tap Delete Account.
  3. When prompted, type DELETE to confirm.
  4. Confirm. The app calls our secure deleteAccount function, which permanently erases your account and cloud data.

This is immediate and irreversible. Signing out or switching accounts also wipes the local database from that device.

2. Request deletion without the app No app or login needed

If you cannot access the app, or prefer not to use it, you can request deletion by email — you do not need to install the app or sign in. Email us from the email address registered to your Biteaze Billing account, using the details in Section 3 below, and ask us to delete your account and data. We verify your identity (for example, by confirming control of that email address) and then erase your account and cloud data.

What to include The email (and, if you used phone sign-in, the phone number) registered to your account, and a short note that you want your account and data deleted. Once we verify it, email deletions are completed promptly and, in any event, within 30 days.

3. Request deletion by email

Email us from the address registered to your account:

After we verify your identity, we complete the deletion promptly and, in any event, within 30 days of a verified request.

4. What gets deleted

When your deletion request is completed, we erase:

  • Your Firebase Authentication account (your sign-in identity).
  • All of your cloud data at users/{your-account-id}/… and its subcollections — products, orders and line items, expenses, customers, suppliers, staff, add-ons, variations, inventory ledger, quotations, purchase/payable records, and service job tickets.
  • Your subscription/entitlement document.

Your on-device data is removed when you delete in-app, or when you sign out / switch accounts on a device. If you uninstall the app, the local database is removed with it.

5. What is retained after deletion (and why)

We cannot reverse it to recover your identity and we do not use it to contact you or build a profile. Retained even after account deletion, to protect the integrity of our trial system.
Records required by law (e.g. certain tax/financial records) We are legally required to retain some records. Only for as long as the applicable law requires.

6. Timeline & confirmation

  • In-app and web deletions — processed immediately and irreversibly once confirmed/verified.
  • Email deletions — completed within 30 days of a verified request.
  • Confirmation — we send a confirmation to your registered email address once deletion is complete.
  • Irreversible — account deletion is permanent. There is no undo and no grace period for the account itself. (This is separate from the 90-day read-only grace that applies to an expired subscription — see the Privacy Policy.)
